Will my adult attention disorder keep me from jury duty or this crime I did in 1989?

Can I get out of jury duty on this also I can prove that I have adult attention disorder that I take medicine for but I do not think I can stay concentrating like I should Thur the trial with a doctors note will one of these 2 things keep me from doing jury duty?
