Any similar experiences to my tooth ache? Any way to curb pain?

Anyone know any home remedies that might help? Please dont say go to the dentist or ER cause i have no money and i have no insurance. I have no cavities or signs or cracked teeth.Not appearing to be abcessed, Just sore lingering pain that increases when touched. Its the tooth infront of my left eye tooth. Dull aching pain for the last 2 days only getting worse. And spreading in my upper jaw. Ive been popping aspirin like tictacs and i dont know what to do Ive consumed so much Orajel my stomach is burning ( and no im not trying to swallow it.i really dont need anymore bills from the ER . Anybody know anything that might curb the pain at all? Or have any similar experiences and can tell me what caused it.
