What will the dentist do to straighten my teeth?

I'm 14 and I already had one tooth pulled out because it was preventing my adult tooth from growing in straight. But now 6 months later, my new adult tooth is slightly in ahead of my other teeth. All of my other teeth are really straight except for this new one, so what will the dentist do?
