Dental Cyst? Front Tooth Area, about 10mm in diameter. Removal Cost?

It seems to be a slow growing cyst, but i am concerned nonetheless. It is due to an old issue when I fractured my Right Front Tooth, #10, back in 2000 or so. I believe that the dentist probably did not fill in the dead root space adequately thus this infection/cyst/? has resulted. The dentist said it has been growing for years, i just never felt or noticed a change until my cap/crown fell off post and all, thats when i went to the dentist and was told that the x ray showed a cyst ( dark area that fades into bone), another issue is that it is eating up the bone that is sustaining the next tooth over up. #9, .....What procedure is needed? How much will it cost? Is there a way to minimize the cost? Is there an Insurance that will cover pre-existing conditions? I believe this whole ordeal to be a hassle and a burden on my finances. I dont have Insurance, Im 23, And I will also have to arrange to have my original issue fixed which was the denture placement...Anything that will help me save money time and research will be much appreciated. * Please feel free to note relevant factors if desired.
