Do you know of a really evil looking medieval castle?

I need it for a personal project, but I can't find a really evil looking castle. You know, with spires and gargoyles and stuff like that. Something that kinda looks like Minas Morgul from Peter Jackson's adaptation of the Lord of the Rings.
