Tooth that is supposed to fall out, is stuck to the reatiner?

My 11 yr old daughters loose tooth fell out, kinda, but it is stuck to her retainer in her mouth. all the dentists are closed in town and we want to try and fix it without waiting in the emergency room. Any Ideas?
