Tingly feeling on my top teeth of my mouth?

ok so i was in football practice without a mouth guard and i accidently bit my top 2 big teeth on a player. only the right one of the two feels weird. the nerves are being super hyper active. it does not hurt but just feels realy tingly in that area. wen i touch it it feels really weird and leaving it alone i can still feel it. should i go to a dentist or wait it out?
