Please help university crisis?

o god i have been so stupid!! i am having very bad anixety and panic attack issues and today i had an exam which i just couldnt face going in for at university so i lied and said i had jury duty and they didnt believe me and asked for evidence i have none and now i have just sent them an email telling them the whole story and i know they will kick me out for this its so immature im so stupid ive messed up my life!
