Ok, I have a HUGE Dental Fear!!!! Help?

Tomorrow i have to go to the Dentist for a checkup, and im very Anxious because i feel like i have to throwup the whole time!! I dont wanna go, but i have no choice!! Please give any tips is you also have it! I would rather die than go to the Dentist, im also afraid that I might puke and all the people that work there would be all grossed out! Please help!!!!!
