My jaw has been locked for 6 hours, and still wont move back to place, ive been given ibuprofen...?

by my dentist i visited this morning. my jaw is still locked on the right hand side and wont budge, it clicked when i opend wide but still did not move back to its normal place. i tried eating soup for lunch and i could not even eat that. what shall i do? im going to america tomorrow for two weeks and i want it gone!
