Legal questions for court?

I got 3 charged dui,poss of weed, and drug object. the boy that was in the car with me stuck the bowl and weed under my seat. and i havent done any drugs in the last 24 hrs how can they still charge me dui? i took a blood test but they said it would take a couple of weeks to get the results back. i also had a obstruction of justice and prowing and lotterying from a while back. how can they charge me for those when i was at my house then the cops showed up 30 min later cause one of my friends was playing on the phone and accidently dialed 911. i have court in the morning and needing the best advice. would i come out better with a jury trail or bench trail. and when i gotz the new charges i was on probation and the po vilated me i served 30 days and now on intense probation will that change tomarrow when i go to court. and if i play non guilty to those charges will i still be on intese or will they change it to regular?
