Kidney infection? Or due a period?

I have been feeling weird today, started off with a sore stomach then moved onto my legs and arms were total agony and then a pain in my lower back started, the pain is ok when I am lying down but certain ways I move or when I walk, its unbearable. All this started in the morning and its now evening. I took ibuprofen and paracetamol and they haven't worked. Not even taken the edge off, especially with the back pain. It is ok when I pee but a few mina afterwards it kinda hurts in my lower abdomem. My pee looks normal but it stinks a bit. I am bothered with urine infections but never had symptoms develop this quickly. I am due a period anyday now. Thinking of going up to the doc on call.
