How do I avoid being selected for the jury? Best ways please!!!?

I received a summons and have to call the number the Friday before next week. I really hope I don't have to attend, but if I do, what is the best way to not get selected by the jury so I don't have to come back again? I know nothing of politics or jury duty, please help!!! thanks!!
